Mission Statement

The Guardian Globe is the leading, student-run school newspaper of Saint Peter-Marian. Established in 2016, we strive to be the most reliable source of school news, national news, and entertainment that the Guardian Community will enjoy. Participants learn to collaborate as a team, conduct interviews, write articles, and to adhere to deadlines. Each issue is made with great effort and thought, to generate appealing content, but also content relevant to our readers.

Vision Statement

The Guardian Globe strives to be the most accurate source of news for the SPM community. Throughout the school year, we hope to publish 5 bi-monthly issues containing appealing content. Through these publications, we hope to show the importance of a free press, give students a voice, and help keep the newspaper industry alive.
